Our Approach
A bespoke partnership for your needs
Every property is unique — its location, its use, the level of caretaking required. Rather than a standard rate, we present you with a personalised, clear and surprise-free proposal, after an initial confidential exchange.
We apply a commission of 20% excl. VAT on rental income (excluding cleaning fees), covering the entire operational and strategic management of your property.
