Our concierge service for owners works with a fixed, transparent commission:
- 20% excl. VAT on rental income (excluding cleaning fees)
- No entry, subscription or set-up fees
- No-commitment plan, short or long term
This rate covers all operational and strategic services, in a logic of simplified management and asset enhancement.
A property concierge on the French Riviera is not an estate agency. We handle neither regulated rental management nor transactions. Our role is to ensure the complete caretaking of the property: logistics, cleaning, welcome, assistance, maintenance, and so on. In other words: you keep control over the rental strategy, while delegating the on-the-ground execution to a professional team.
Our plans have no fixed-term commitment. You retain the option to stop the service at any time. We operate on the basis of a transparent concierge mandate, specifying:
